Next year I promise...

I decided to round up what my favourite outfits were for the year.
Looking at all the pictures I've noticed a few things,
I have a very muted colour palette, I have a repetitive pose
and you cant see my face. ever really.

SO, next year I promise,

1. To blog more
2. To wear more colour (no promise here actually but i'll try)
3. To possibly look at the camera sometimes?
4. To completely organise my life ( I got messy and lazy this year)

Anyone made any resolutions?
I never actually make them but this year I thought why not.
Hope you guys have a great new years and I guess I will see you next year?

'Tis The Season

Since I got home I decided that I needed to take a small break, catch up
with friends, do some more college work and visit family.
SO, I decided to write a little post. I hope you guys had a lovely Christmas day
and are enjoying the rest of your holidays. I had thought of doing
a Christmas day outfit post but I ended up spending half the day in  my pajamas so
that wouldn't have been too exciting.

I have been spending the past 2 days browsing all the sales online.
Kind of disappointing this year I think. Haven't gone mad buying things at all.
Anybody get anything nice? or know of any good online shops that have sales?

I will be back very very soon with some new posts.

OOTD: New Boots

Quick outfit post. I got new Boots!
They are my Christmas present to myself. eeep.
Please excuse my hair. It's a bit most definitely all over the place.
I was too lazy to fix it. Plus its rainy, cold and windy. Not exciting.

Christmas gift guide for HIM.

1 & 3: The  Topman Jaquard Shirt and Green Cable Jumper are really nice put together
and would look great with jeans. Shirts are normally a good option as they can be worn casually and dressed up. Guys love multi use items.

2. The iphone 5 is crazily overpriced but you may decided to seriously splash out
and get this ridiculously popular addictive piece of metal. (or settle for the iphone 4)

4. Converse are always a good option as they kinda go with everything and are incredibly
comfortable. These all white ones are from Office

5. Games are always a good option but are kind of bittersweet. Keeps him happy
but he will be glued to it for pretty much ever. The noise, especially call of duty, is just mental. Unless of course you like them too.

6. Seeing as it's winter, Hats and scarves are always a good option. There are loads everywhere but I found this cute one in Topman

Hope this helps, if your kind of stuck for present ideas.
If your still not sure, socks, jocks and aftershave
are always a safe option.

OOTD: It's Cold

Quick outfit post today. Been busy with college trying to get everything finished up before
Christmas. (hence my overly comfy outfit) Only 3 weeks left! eeeep.
I might start shopping soon. I always leave it to last minute.
I made a  Christmas want/wish list in my last post an I'm already trying to convince myself to buy everything off it.

I think It's safe to say it is officially winter. It is getting so so so cold!
Also I bought a new coat. (eeep) I love it, not because it's black (mainly because it's black) but it's
the same style as the leather paneled  Zara coat that sold out almost immediately and was
so far out of my student budget that I couldn't justify choosing it over food for probably a month.

So, for the past hour instead of doing college work I decided to do a blog post and got
a little carried away with Photoshop. (Lisa found the flip button)
Thought I would mess around a bit seeing as the lighting was RUBBISH. The only thing I dislike
about winter is how early it gets dark and I cant take blog photos. ( Such 21st century problems)

Hope you are having a great Monday,

Christmas Party Outfit for under £100.. are running a competition for bloggers at the moment to put together a Christmas party outfit for under £100.
I chose to go with an online store I have never shopped with before and found a few bits
I would wear over Christmas.
With a 10% discount off your first order (using the word 'first') you can get
a nice little bit of your total price.
I am in LOVE with this blazer! Buying separates is probably better than buying
a party dress as you can rework all the pieces individually back into your wardrobe
for all the nights out over Christmas.

Hope you enjoyed,
If you entered, please do leave your link below,
I would love to have a look.

OOTD: The Norm

Everyday this week I was meant to put up an outfit
post but whenever I got the chance to do it I had already changed into my pajamas.
The boy was very disappointed in my lack of posting so I made a special effort
today to do it as soon as I came home from college.
Lately this has been exactly what I have been wearing.
I put on something dark, tie my hair in a bun and go to college.
I haven't had the time to put much effort into dressing and
I am in serious need of some new clothes.
I'm also trying to get some Christmas themed posts on the go if that would be of any interest.
(I'm so excited this year, no idea why, eeep)

Mix and Match

In attempt to mix up my wardrobe's colour palette
I threw this together yesterday. I love these pants but find it hard to find stuff
to wear with it at it has a strange colour combination. However, you can never fail
with burgundy and a denim shirt. LOVE.

Today I practically planned the next year of my life. (wishing my life away)
So excited. It makes college a small bit less stressful.

Anyway hope you are all having a great week.

the last day and I love them!

I  decided to pick this cute sideways cross necklace because I
kind of fell in love with it and definitely want to get my own.
If you want to have a look at their other stuff you can do so here

Trend Report: Autumn Winter 2012

Ello :)

Sorry I have been MIA for the past week, I've been so busy with college
finishing up projects. I went on a trend sourcing trip recently to find out this seasons
popular trends. ( for a college project of course)
So I thought I would share a bit of it with you guys.
I just did a quick round up of 4 of my favourite trends.
Bit of a disclaimer, I most definitely did not buy all of these clothes (unfortunately)
and all the photos were taking by me. (quite sneakily in the dressing rooms, awkward)

L xo

Oversized clothes are everywhere! mostly coats.
I Love love this trend. By far my favourite. If you guys don't
already know I LOVE winter.

Cape- Stella McCartney

Dress- MGSM

Next Is leather. Leather does come around every season but
this year it appeared on shoulders, sleeves, collars and pockets rather
then just all over leather.

Coat: Maje

Coat: Zara (love this, want this, need this)

Androgyny is also a trend that is quite repetitive in shops.
Clean, Slick garments almost like a suit were very popular
from designer to high street.

Leggings: Stella McCartney

  Coat: French Connection

Lastly Is the colour of this season, Ox Blood. I am a huge fan of this colour
and find is creeping ever so slightly into my wardrobe.
It's such a deep autumn/winter colour and cant get enough of it.

Coat: Mason Scotch

My Dress: Topshop
